[OTCMKTS: BBEPQ], to a retiree. Breitburn, (formerly BBEP), was delisted from the Nasdaq to the OTC and filed bankruptcy.
The FINRA arbitrator awarded Compensatory Damages, Pre-Judgment Interest, Expert Fees, Attorney’s Fees to be determined by the Court, and ordered reimbursement of the Filing Fee.
