MARK A. TEPPER, ESQ., personally handles each case, assisted by an experienced support staff.
Our practice concentrates on cases involving abusive sales practices in the securities industry. We use mediation, arbitration or litigation, if necessary, to resolve these claims. Some fraudulent practices are churning, unsuitable investments, unauthorized trading, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligence.
We represent investors who have been defrauded. Most of our cases are handled on a contingent fee basis which allows people who have lost funds and cannot afford to pay hourly attorney fees to battle with large corporations.
